Challenge:

PolarisLIVE! was tasked with preforming a Quality Control check of all assets prior to safely transporting the assets and event trailer from St. Louis, MO to New York, NY, then setting up all assets and troubleshooting any technology issues with iPads and display TVs. Then post-event tearing down all assets and packaging them for transport back to St. Louis, MO.

Solution:

PolarisLIVE! provided a Production Manager, with CDL qualifications to transport the support van and event trailer, and produce the event for our client.

Results:

  • Sampled Yoplait products

  • Consumers made personal pledges via an online portal through an iPads onsite.

  • Celebrity appearances by cancer survivors Giuliana Rancic and Sherri Shepherd.

  • Featured on E! News and The View.
