However, if you choose not to accept cookies, you may not be able to use certain functions of the website such as the Staff Portal, and participate in certain sweepstakes or contest.  Cookies are required to use some parts of the website.  Staff are required to re-login to your Staff Portal Profile after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.


Data Storage

Polaris Live Event Solutions may use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Staff Portal.  Although third party vendors may own the code, databases, and all rights to their applications, Polaris Live Event Solutions retains all rights to our data.



Our websites and applications contain links to websites that are maintained and/or controlled by third parties. We generally have no connection with or control over the content on those third party websites, which may have different privacy policies and practices. You should review the privacy policies of those third party websites when using them. In some instances these websites may be co-branded and display our logos or other trademarks. You can always tell whether you are on one of our websites by checking the uniform record locator ("URL”) on the page that you are visiting. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites as their privacy practices may differ from ours.
