Non-CDL Driver

Locations:

Pay Rate:

$300 per day, plus per diem.

Timing:

October 4 to October 7, 2025

Core Duties:

This is a contract role for a Non-CDL Driver. The Non-CDL Driver will be responsible for safely driving a Sprinter Van or similar vehicles under 26,000 pounds GVWR to and from event locations, assisting with the loading and unloading of event materials, and ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations.


General Management:

  • Manage logistics and operations, including driving routes, vehicle maintenance, and lodging.

  • Communicate with agency managers regularly throughout the transport.

  • Communicate obstacles, improvement opportunities and recommended solutions to the Company.

  • Manage expenses and receipts in accordance to Company's policies and deadlines.

  • Handle incident reporting in according to Company's policies and deadlines.

  • Report faulty or damaged equipment to Company's supervisor immediately.

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, vehicle, and Company/Client's equipment.

  • No alcohol/drugs in vehicle or operating vehicle or equipment while under the influence or impaired at any time.

  • Represent the Company, Client, Brand in a friendly, energetic, positive, and professional demeanor with a customer first mindset.


Vehicle Operation:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out.

  • Conduct Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports prior to all trips in accordance to Company's policies.

  • Safely and responsibly operate vehicle in accordance to DOT regulations and Company's policies, including but not limited to maintaining Hours of Service Logs, regulating duty and driving hours, operating safely without traffic violations or accidents, and proper load distribution and securement.

  • Ability to make minor repairs or modifications to vehicle and ability to find real-time solutions for roadside issues.

Requirements 

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and DOT Medical Certification.

  • Owns a smartphone.

  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations and ELDs.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

  • Travel nationwide and work a schedule that includes both regular and non-regular business hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
